About the Role

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team and support individuals with their daily lives. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with our staff team to provide personalized support that enables individuals to maintain their independence and live their best lives possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the individual's home
  • Providing personal care
  • Supporting the individual to move around their home
  • Encouraging an active social life
  • Planning trips and holidays
  • Supporting the individual to engage in activities they enjoy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fun and honest individual who is passionate about improving the lives of others. You will need to be reliable, able to communicate clearly, and have common interests with the individual you will be supporting.
