Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Coordination: Coordinate daily transport schedules to ensure efficient collection and delivery of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee vehicle maintenance, conducting inspections and addressing any defects.
  • KPI Management: Monitor transport Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate records.
  • Driver Management: Manage driver rotas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and clear communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Conduct driver briefings and debriefings, addressing any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the transport or logistics field.
  • Strong knowledge of transport laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other transport-related software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.

Estimated Salary: £34,000 per annum.
