Role Overview

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Reed, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule service appointments for our field technicians, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our field technicians, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling inquiries and updates.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of service appointments, technician availability, and client information.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, dispatching, or coordination role, preferably within a service-related industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
