NetSuite Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our dynamic team at Hayfin Capital Management. As a NetSuite Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring NetSuite solutions to meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Customise NetSuite ERP to align with business needs, including creating custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system to our global network of users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
  • Support the finance team with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting needs within NetSuite.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite customisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration.
  • NetSuite certification (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
