About the Company: Our client is a leading IT consultancy that partners with over 60 manufacturing and distribution companies to implement NetSuite ERP solutions, provide comprehensive support, and deliver custom software integrations.

About the Role:

  • Lead Multiple NetSuite Implementations: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and project goals are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Plan and conduct customer meetings, process walkthroughs, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
  • Mentor and Manage Junior Staff: Contribute to their professional development and help achieve team objectives.
  • Occasional Travel: Visit client sites across the UK to provide on-site support and deliver projects, representing our client professionally.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data migration, scripting, API development, and advanced Excel.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Commitment to Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.

Requirements:

  • NetSuite Foundation Certification:
  • UK Driving License: Ideal for occasional client site visits.
