Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Educator - Early Years to join our team at Aberdeenshire Council. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Early Learning and Childcare services, aligned with local and national policies.

Salary: £35,394 - £46,621 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

This position involves leading the delivery of Early Learning and Childcare services, which meets the needs of individual children. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with local and national guidelines and procedures.

You will also be required to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement, and must obtain SSSC registration within 3 months of employment.
