Education Director

The Aberdeenshire Council seeks a dedicated Education Director to lead the delivery of Early Learning and Childcare services. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery, aligned with local and national policies.

Salary: £31,894 - £42,624 per annum (pro rata)

This post requires a strong commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be employed on a 52.18 weeks per year contract and must obtain SSSC registration within 3 months of employment.

The working pattern may involve shifts between 7.45am and 6.15pm, dependent on service needs. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of Early Learning and Childcare services, demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery, and working collaboratively with colleagues.
