**Job Title:** Automotive Repair Specialist

**Location:** Croydon, London

**Salary:** Up to £45,000 basic + uncapped OTE of £10,000 (estimated)

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Croydon, London. As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining quality throughout the repair process and hitting Bodyshop targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining quality throughout the repair process
  • Hitting Bodyshop targets
  • Use and account for dry and wet consumables effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional repair quality
  • Comply fully with Health & Safety regulations and Bodyshop standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Bodyshop environment as a Panel Beater
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
