Automotive Repair Specialist

A skilled Automotive Repair Specialist is sought by Tru Talent to repair damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, utilizing modern equipment and techniques. This role involves working efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre, adhering to correct repair techniques, and producing work that meets factory standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Work effectively in a busy body shop environment
• Maintain strong team player skills and self-motivation
• Conduct geometry work and 4-wheel alignment tasks
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and diagnostic training
Requirements and Qualifications
• A recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician with a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
• Previous experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter in a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000, with an OTE of £55,000, and benefits including 29 days holiday, insurance discounts, team incentives, and more.
