Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an efficient catering service, serving drinks, preparing and serving food and snacks in our café, as well as assisting customers on the Reception desk.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate catering equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre.
- Assist with any customer contact, complaints, or comments, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers.
- Promote and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offer, providing customers with information and advice on our services and facilities.
- A genuine team player with a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Able to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Able to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £11.44 per hour.
