The HSW Advisor plays a pivotal role in mitigating occupational risks and cultivating a culture of safety and wellbeing within Streamline Services Consultancy Limited.

Job Description

This dynamic position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as the development and implementation of effective risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in identifying and assessing potential hazards, recommending control measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent workplace accidents and injuries
  2. Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols that align with industry best practices
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of health and safety initiatives into daily operations
  4. Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
  5. Analyze incident reports and develop recommendations for improving workplace safety
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
  • Proven experience in health and safety consulting or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
