Job Summary:

Moxie People is seeking an experienced Strategic Asset Management Leader to lead a Property and Asset Team for a Local Authority. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-performance services, supporting policy development, and driving the continuous improvement of the Authorities housing property portfolio and associated assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of 6 direct reports, providing guidance and direction to ensure the effective management of the Housing Property and Asset Team.
  • Asset Management Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated asset management strategy, ensuring the efficient management of repairs, maintenance services, and compliance.
  • Programmed Works and Improvements: Plan and execute programmed works and improvements, ensuring the effective delivery of services and the continuous improvement of the Authorities housing property portfolio.
  • Performance and KPI Reporting: Regularly report on team performance and KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
