About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week in our East Kilbride office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct HR documentation audits and generate client employment documentation, including contracts of employment and employee handbooks.
- Provide HR advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- At least 12 months' experience in HR or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data and develop effective solutions.
- A full clean driving license and access to a car.
