Critical Care Specialist

Estimated salary: £61,825 - £70,425 per annum.
This position is for a Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3+ or ST6+) to work in the Adult Critical Care Transfer Service with Anaesthesia at Cambridge University Hospitals. The role involves providing expert critical care transfer services for patients throughout the region who require in-transit critical care support.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality, safe clinical care in accordance with GMC guidelines and supervise and support allied health professionals. They will also ensure personal knowledge of and compliance with the Services and Host Trusts policies.

Main Responsibilities:- To provide an expert critical care transfer service for patients throughout the region in need of in-transit critical care support.
- To provide high-quality, safe clinical care in accordance with GMC guidelines.
This post requires full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application. The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues.
