Care Quality Management Position

We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Angelus Homecare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our home care services.
Your main responsibilities will include managing domiciliary care services, developing policies and procedures, and leading a team of care professionals. You will also be responsible for promoting staff retention and improving service quality through your leadership and support.
We require the successful candidate to have previous experience in registration with CQC and management of domiciliary care. While we provide fully paid training, we expect our candidates to have a strong understanding of care management principles and practices.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
