Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team at Pain Free Dentistry Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our private dental practice.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and development to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff
  • Act as a concierge for new patients, explaining all aspects of treatment and finance
  • Manage clinical governance systems and maintain practice policies
  • Lead full team, including rotas, staff quarterly 1-2-1s, and inductions
Requirements
  • Leadership experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Management experience: 3 years (required)
