Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer
Contract: 5 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week) Hybrid working - 60% office attendance
Hourly Rate: £12.33 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised and motivated Admin Officer to provide administrative support to our public sector client. The successful candidate will follow set procedures and exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Preparing routine correspondence
Requirements:
- Able to follow well established processes and detailed instructions
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
