About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team in Llandudno. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demand
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety
