About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in their condition.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting within the last 3 years.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
