Ambitious Hotel Seeks Skilled Fine Dining Restaurant Manager: Arecibo People is a leading hospitality group that operates high-end hotels and restaurants worldwide. We are currently seeking an accomplished Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to oversee the culinary operation of our prestigious hotel, situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role: As a seasoned Fine Dining Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operation, including menu development, staff management, and inventory control. Your expertise in fine dining cuisine and banqueting services will enable us to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new menu ideas that reflect our hotel's brand values and quality standards
  2. Lead a skilled team of chefs and restaurant staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and control costs to meet business objectives
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fine Dining Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and staff management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
