Job Title: Head of Sales

Inizio Engage is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for translating the company's sales strategy into actionable plans, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers, fostering an empowering environment that drives accountability and performance.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a clear, executable sales plan that aligns with the company's sales strategy, ensuring all team members understand and work towards meeting objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and drive business growth, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base, developing strategies to penetrate new markets and elevate brand presence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance metrics and regularly assess team performance against sales goals, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Strong Track Record: Strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Customer Success: Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
