Lead Sales Team for Inizio Engage's Client

Inizio Engage is seeking a seasoned sales leader to head our client's sales team. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of empowerment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to achieve exceptional sales results.
