Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge medical transportation systems. As Head of Systems Engineering, you'll drive the design and validation of groundbreaking medical devices, leveraging your expertise in systems engineering and leadership skills to drive innovation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

About the Role: This hybrid position is based in Oxford, UK, and offers flexibility for relocation. You'll work closely with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities include spearheading system and sub-system development, coaching and inspiring your team, championing agile engineering practices, and influencing technical strategy.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need proven leadership in systems engineering for electro-mechanical products, ideally in medical devices. You'll be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards. We offer an estimated annual salary of £120,000 for this role.
