We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead firmware development for next-gen medical devices. Based in Oxford, this role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 and a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, profit sharing, and cycle-to-work scheme. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from architecture to testing, making key technology decisions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

To be successful, you should have a background in embedded systems and firmware development for resource-constrained environments. Proficiency with Bare Metal and RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) systems is essential, as well as strong debugging, SCM (Git), CI/CD, and TDD skills.
