**Job Title:** Patient Care Coordinator

NHS National Services Scotland is a leading healthcare provider in the UK, employing over 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We deliver comprehensive healthcare services to a population of over 1.2 million, including acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care.

This part-time position involves working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8). The salary is Pro Rata for part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receiving patients and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Answering phone calls and booking appointments.
  3. Maintaining demographic information on the patient management system.

**Requirements:** Previous clerical/reception experience and good organisational, keyboard, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in computer systems is also required.

**Location:** NHS National Services Scotland. **Salary:** £##-£### per year (Pro Rata).
