About the Role:

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Islington office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing schemes in various sectors, including Central Government, Ministry Of Defence, and Social Housing.

Job Description:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to identify project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improve business processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, contracts, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
