Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for engaging with local communities, identifying and recruiting new participants for our services, and providing support to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local groups, organizations, and partners to promote our services and identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness of our services and encourage participation among local communities.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their journey, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer engagement, outreach, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Good understanding of the local community and the challenges faced by individuals and families.
