We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant at Hills Group. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive and Chairman, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Arrange and book travel/accommodation for the Chief Executive and Chairman as required.
  • Filing and Archiving: Maintain all relevant electronic or manual filing systems for the Chief Executive and Chairman.
  • Event Planning: Assist with organizing corporate events such as entertaining and charitable events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and data processing systems is essential.

This is a fixed-term position commencing December 2024 for a period of 10 months, offering a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £33,500 per annum depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including healthcare maintenance cash plan, access to shopping and gym discounts, employee assistance programme, and more.
