Business Development Manager Opportunity

PVS, a leading decking system supplier and installer, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and nurture new business relationships through networking and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Travel within the Suffolk and Essex area to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and updates to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
  • Promote and sell the company's existing and new product lines, including decking, hot tubs, pergolas, and outdoor furniture.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record.
