We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services to senior stakeholders, driving organisational effectiveness, and supporting business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop effective HR strategies to drive organisational success. You will also provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, mitigate legal and reputational risk, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Business Partnering, preferably in the financial services sector, and experience in HROD specialisms such as Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Organisational Design.
