Kitchen Manager - Bognor Regis

**About The Role**

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our Restaurants department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead a team of up to 20 chefs and kitchen porters, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
Manage stocktakes, rosters, timesheets, and health & safety compliance for the kitchen
Collaborate with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Support candidates on our in-house Chef Academy Development program and attend workshops as required

**About You**

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager with a proven track record in a similar role within a volume restaurant environment. You'll need to be a hard worker, determined, and reliable, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
