As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations design phase through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, including profit margins, preliminary costs, and procurement expenses.
* Program Implementation: Create detailed project schedules and programs to enable accurate progress monitoring and reporting.
* Resource Management: Secure and allocate the necessary resources to effectively and efficiently deliver the project or scheme.
* Professional Delivery: Ensure successful project completion within specified constraints while maintaining a professional approach.
* Quality Plan Development: Implement and oversee the creation of the Project Quality Plan and Trade Quality Plans.
* Defect Rectification: Manage procedures for identifying and addressing defects.
* Project Handover: Ensure a successful and seamless handover of the project, providing support to the customer or end user throughout the process
