About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and provide support with domestic tasks
  • Prepare hot meals and provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our care teams to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements
