Training and Development:
You do not need prior experience in care to apply for this position. We are committed to your professional growth and will provide comprehensive training through our esteemed learning and development team before you begin your journey with us.

Contract Options:
We offer a variety of contracts including Full Time, Part Time, and Bank positions within our dedicated team.

Essential Requirements:
Due to the nature of our services, candidates must possess a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. You will be reimbursed for travel expenses incurred during your shifts, with a fuel allowance of 45p per mile.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role as a Care Support Specialist may involve:

  • Community Engagement: Supporting individuals in participating in community activities by organizing and accompanying them to outings such as day centres, cinemas, and swimming.
  • Health Management: Administering and overseeing medication for individuals.
  • Personal Assistance: Aiding individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and well-being, which includes support with bathing, dressing, and scheduling medical appointments.
  • Household Support: Assisting individuals in managing their living environments by encouraging daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
