About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Cumnock. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Cook or prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
