Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at BAM Building. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on contractual matters, including general and project-level issues.
  • Process contractual claims and associated records, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs, and investigate losses to minimize financial impact.
  • Assist with project cash management, ensuring effective financial planning and control.
  • Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams, including negotiation and agreement of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner, and draft commercial and contractual correspondence as required.
  • Prepare and review monthly cost reports, and ensure risk registers, variation trackers, and extension of time tracker sheets are reviewed and updated monthly.
  • Negotiate subcontractors' and suppliers' final accounts, and variations, including measurement and pricing.
