Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to assist project managers with administrative support, coordination, and execution. The successful candidate will collaborate with Systems Integration teams to deliver systems for leading energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of project schedules and software. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth project activities
  • Liaise with vendors to receive shipments and perform clerical duties
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
