Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective surgical care to paediatric patients, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the relevant medical authority.
  • Completion of CT1+ grade training in Surgery – Paediatric.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a strong foundation in paediatric surgery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patient-centred care.
