Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Water Industry Specialist in our Water Operations Division in Wales. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career progression with RPS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting and resolving complex operational issues related to water leakage, ensuring the delivery of regulatory targets. The role involves working closely with colleagues, contractors, and clients to achieve outstanding results.

This position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include overtime pay, bonus opportunities, and real living wage. A company van is also provided for work-related purposes.

About the Role
  • Assess and diagnose leaks on client networks using various methods, including utility tracing and noise logging.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
  • Participate in training and mentoring programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
