About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team in Birmingham, focusing on non-contentious matters. As a key member of our national insolvency and restructuring team, you will advise on all aspects of corporate insolvency processes, company voluntary arrangements, and restructuring plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on UK corporate insolvency processes, including company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans.
  • Oversee work undertaken by junior fee earners and take a lead on mandates.
  • Provide directors' duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties.
  • Actively market the team's services and evidence the ability to procure or effect referrals from the market.
