Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pensions Administrator to join our Belfast office with hybrid working. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, or a recent graduate looking to embark on a career in pensions.

  • Update pension administration databases and systems.
  • Handle DWP and HMRC queries.
  • Receive and handle internal and external telephone inquiries.
  • Perform manual benefits calculations.
  • Amend and develop non-financial work, e.g., change of address.
  • Assist the team with project-related work, e.g., bulk mailshots to scheme members.
  • Evaluate and update the time recording system for chargeable and non-chargeable activities.
About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Good level of education with a minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Able to follow instructions, procedures, and policies.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and flexible approach to work.
