Job Title: Head Therapist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our luxury skincare department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of therapists to provide high-quality treatments and services to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the business manager to drive events and experiences on counter
  • Ensure the highest standards of client experience and treatment room management

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in beauty therapy with a qualification of NVQ Level 3 + equivalent qualified therapist
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
