About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with other store managers and head office teams to share best practices and drive business growth
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive change
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
