Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with students with special educational needs. You must also possess a passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their education and well-being. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team, are essential. Additionally, patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to meeting students' diverse needs are required.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children with SEN and be able to support them effectively. A Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential. Experience working in a school setting or with children with additional needs is desirable.'],
