About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team. As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will provide administrative support to our Advisor and Para-planners, acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, opening client files, and following up with clients for documents.
  • Supporting Brokers with administrative tasks, including scanning and copying documents, and processing applications.
  • Providing client, estate agent, solicitor, and broker updates on case progression.
  • General office administration, including filing, organizing, and maintaining discretion on sensitive matters.

Training and Development:

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification through online training. You will also receive functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required, and the chance to complete a CeMAP Mortgage Advice Course.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential.
  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential.
  • CeMAP - Desired but not essential.

About the Apprenticeship:

The apprenticeship will last for 15 months and will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of business administration and the skills needed to succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, with the chance to progress to a full-time role on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
