Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Company's strategic and operational sales plan, maintaining relationships and business with key foodservice customers, and driving mutually beneficial customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key foodservice customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Accounting, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless sales and operational processes.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, including sales reports, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within the foodservice or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft NAV or similar software, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
