Responsibilities:
• As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
• Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses
• Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents
Requirements:
• A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent
• Experience in teaching Year 4 students and preparing them for SATs exams
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching
• A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including career development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
