Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment among Key Stage 2 students. They will also be responsible for teaching the curriculum to groups of children while focusing on each individual child's learning targets.
- · Promote teamwork and cultivate a conducive learning environment.
· Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, with a focus on individual learning targets.
· Keep track of children's progress and report back to parents.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also essential.
- · Qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent
· Experience in teaching Year 4 students and preparing them for SATs exams

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for career development.
