Nursery Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic nursery assistants to work within our partner nurseries and schools. As a nursery assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children, while also assisting the nursery team in creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the nursery team in planning and delivering activities that promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Assist with preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks, while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Help to establish and maintain positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Working with Randstad Education
As a nursery assistant with Randstad Education, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of partner nurseries and schools, gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for working with children. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
