Retirement Living Officer

We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Retirement Living Officer. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our supported housing management service.
Key responsibilities include managing tenancy processes, conducting void checks and new tenancy visits, and supporting the wellbeing and independence of vulnerable customers through individual plans and group activities.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of our services and provide excellent customer service to our residents.
